DDP created DDPYoga out of necessity, after doctors told him his wrestling career was over after suffering a broken back. Refusing to accept that verdict, he turned to the one thing he wouldn’t be caught dead doing — yoga. He combined it with sports rehabilitation therapy, dynamic resistance, and old-school calisthenics. The result was a methodology that gave him back his career and has since transformed millions of lives.
